My husband switched to midnights this year and although he has talked about this kind of device, he never purchased it because he was on days. Well I bought it as a Christmas present for his midnight shift and he was so excited. He says he uses it almost every night. I am very happy to hear that because I know it makes him safer. Highly recommend for LEO's on midnight shift.ETA: My husband has used this light for a year on night shift and has dropped it numerous times and used it frequently. He uses it so much that when he is in civilian clothes he will reach up to his shoulder for a light! It's a great purchasethe duration of use is what I like most about this light (guessing but 10+ hours continuous use from a full charge?). it is very straight forward flashing light with an easy clip. I do think it is a little expensive, but can't argue how useful it isI didn't rate battery life or water resistance because I have not used it yet to see how well it does but it is bright. I work as a pilot car driver and we need anything that will help us be noticed.Very bright light, I use it in the morning when dark out while running/joggingVery bright and visible from far away. Also, has decent battery life. If your in law enforcement it’s an excellent tool for operations at night, such as directing traffic or working a traffic accident.I use this every shift, works great. The only complaint is the clip doesn’t keep it firm, it rattles around even when walking. I’m going to upgrade to the guardian angel.
