This works fine but I prefer the slap wrist kind. Will still use it though. These are great in the summer at night.Runners, dogs, cyclists, and those just outside during the morning hours or in the evening, you will be seen! This armband is great. It has an adjustable strap, easy to use button, and three settings for light, Fast flashing, moderate flashing and constant light.A friend mentioned that using a blue light is more effective than any other color for LED lights. Reason being that most motorists WILL SLOW DOWN. The fact that they see blue makes them think there is a police presence they slow down just in case.
