These night lights were a hit! I ordered one for our own house and gave several away as Christmas gifts this past year, all to good compliments from the recipients. There are enough design varieties that I was able to give everyone a different style. They give off a good amount of light in the nighttime and look handsome even when not on. The light sensor works well too. The only caution I would give is to not put these in a high traffic area where someone can bump a leg against it or to have out where little kids are running around. The construction of these is good, but they are nevertheless fragile enough that I am afraid a good smack might break them. We have ours in our living room next to a bookcase so it's a bit tucked away in a protected corner and that works fine. The wood finish also goes nicely with our medium-stain oak furniture. All around, I highly recommend these!
