Great navigation light Quick shipment an awesome qualityMuch larger in size than I expected. Black metal scratches easily. Scuffed it with screw diver when installing. Not sure why the bottom base is plastic and top is metal. Why not make all metalOut of the box the light feels substantial and durable. Significantly better than the original bow light I had which was plastic chrome. The matte black aluminum looks sharp. The leds are bright and exactly what I was looking for.One word of caution and this is not a fault of the product but rather user installation error - be careful using a drill for drilling the holes or installing the screws. Although not easily scratched, the finish seems durable, it can scratch if hit by a rotating drill. I made the mistake but even then the scratch is not noticeable unless you’re looking closely at the led.10/10 would buy againDid not fitProduct claims to be waterproof. I’ve had this installed for a couple months on my solo skiff and used maybe 3 times. Light stopped working on my last outing. Found the light housing full of water and the positive wire corroded and broken off the solder joint of the LED strips. There is also no warranty information that pulls up on the warranty hyperlink on Amazon for this product. If your vessel is low to the water I highly suggest waterproofing it yourself around all parts of the housing and lenses with quality silicone to truly make it waterproof.
