I didn't like that there weren't no instructions telling you had to actually hook it up, you had to figure it out yourself. That defeats the purpose.I bought this lamp as a backup to my others.. a ‘just in case’ I had a bigger party than I normally accommodate or one of my others (different brand) became faulty. It cracked BAD the first time I set it up. The plastic head near the lights. I moved the neck of the machine, lightly to adjust to my client, and BAM! Cracked right of the neck and just hangs there. Unfortunately, I hadn’t opened the package until after the return date so that screwed me. You get what you pay for, I suppose.I have only had the product for 1 month and the neck has been damaged as I was trying to manipulate it into position.I had bought this item to learn teeth whitening but once I actually got the chance to open the box and use the item.. the light was used!!!! Scuff marks on the stand, hair on the wheels, discolouration on the neck part of the light and marks on the LED light! I’ve paid so much money to receive a USED light! THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!! I want my money back!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!So disappointed. What a waste of money. I ordered this and opened out of the box recently and it was missing the silver bar in the middle so it doesn’t adjust at all. For the price you’d think they’d include every piece and double check :( and it’s past the return windowVery bright led light, sturdy stand, overall very happy with this for my business
